So I just put cream on my legs and it's a little chilly hairy on this morning so
I'm gonna keep my socks on for my stretch but I just know I like to start
my morning with my stretching and it's just you gotta make it routine right?
4x4 stretches the spine, the pillow opens the chest.
I started doing that massage on my abdominals and my stomach is really sensitive now.
