What I love most about Kiara is that even though she's done quite a few anal scenes & takes the pounding quite well, you can tell anal has always been a bit uncomfortable for her. There's pain in her grimaces. She still feels it deep in that big ol' ass of hers, it still hurts. That mix of pleasure & sheer pain she goes through every time is awesome.
